At Klumba, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. To ensure the best experience, we have set clear rules for the delivery process.
1. Order processing time
All orders received by [e.g. 12:00] (Monday to Friday) will be processed and ready for delivery the same day. Orders received after this time or during weekends will be processed the next business day. Note: For special occasions (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) we recommend ordering at least 2 days in advance.
2. Delivery costs
Free delivery: For all orders in the Ljubljana area and surrounding areas, delivery is completely free.
Other parts of Slovenia: Delivery outside the Ljubljana region is possible by prior arrangement and is charged according to the valid price list of the delivery service.
3. Delivery options (domestic and international)
Local delivery (Ljubljana and surrounding area): We deliver using our own courier service, which ensures that the flowers remain fresh and undamaged.
Delivery across Slovenia: We use specialized delivery services for remote locations.
International delivery: We currently deliver flowers exclusively within the borders of the Republic of Slovenia. International delivery is not available due to the nature of the goods (fresh flowers).
4. Delivery and pickup process
Because flowers are perishable goods, the recipient must be available at the agreed time.
If the recipient is not at the address, the delivery person will attempt to contact them by phone.
Consent to leave a bouquet at the door or at a neighbor's is only valid upon explicit instruction from the client.
5. Possible disruptions in services
Delivery may be delayed in the event of:
Force majeure (snowdrifts, floods, road closures).
Incomplete or incorrect recipient address information.
Extraordinary events beyond our control. In such cases, we will immediately inform the customer of the new estimated delivery time.
